Elm Spring Inc. at 600 Brickell takes Fire and Life Safety very seriously and exercise all available measures to provide our tenants with a safe and comfortable working environment.
While the Fire/Life Safety Systems in the building are designed to ensure the safety of all occupants in the building in the event of a fire, it is critical that all individuals working in the building understand the building’s emergency procedures.
Each emergency is unique and sometimes the recommended procedures may not be suitable for all conditions that arise. Therefore, common sense should always be the primary element of any emergency.
