Air-conditioning is provided during buildings hours, except holidays. Tenants may enter a work order for additional air-conditioning at the established lease rate. Overtime air is billed on a per floor, per tenant basis. Air-conditioning requests made after 6pm and weekends will be billed an additional $75 engineering overtime fee per request.
600 Brickell provides tenants with air on-demand dial-in programming for same day overtime requests. Please contact the General Manager for the dial in number and code for your office.
