We are pleased to share that many of our tenants have implemented this food delivery protocol as part of their internal security procedures for the protection of their staff, realizing the benefit of the restriction out weights the additional effort required by their co-workers.
Tenants at 600 Brickell are required to accept all food deliveries in the building lobby. The person making the request should plan to meet the driver in the lobby. Otherwise, security will contact the tenant’s reception desk announcing the delivery after assistance has been provided to all visitors waiting to be pre-cleared, however, the delivery must still be picked up in the lobby.
This policy does not apply to company catered events pre-cleared with a 24-hour advance notice with management through the work order system.
We recognize that this policy may represent an inconvenience to your employees, but it is necessary to better ensure the safety of all tenants and to ensure the building continues to meet its ISO requirements.
