It is required that all tenants notify the Office of the Building in advance of any vendors, contractors or other service providers performing work in the building and/or your suite for pre-approval. Please refer to Tenant Improvement & Alteration Guidelines. Alteration work requires Landlord approval; please review your lease for the requirements and plan for adequate time for Landlord’s review.
Tenants must submit a Work Order for building access under “Freight Elevator” for approved vendor and/or contractor work with a 24-hour business day advance notice along with vendor’s certificate of insurance with building requirements. The management staff will review service request and upon Approval will forward the request to both building engineering and security. Building security will not admit unapproved vendors and/or contractors.
