  Building Access

Tenant Access

For purposes of communication with the Management Office, each tenant will designate a person as the “Tenant Office Manager”. The Tenant Office Manager should complete a Tenant Contact Sheet and submit it to the management office. The designated “Tenant Office Manager” will be issued a master login to the electronic work order system and Visitor Management System.

To receive access cards for the tenant’s employees, the “Tenant Office Manager” and/or other authorized registered users may enter a work order under “Building Access Card New” for new employees along with the full name in the description area along with photo in JPEG format saved in the name of the individual. You can also enter a work order for a building access replacement card for an additional fee of $20.00 plus tax.

Once the request has been placed, if a photo is not available to upload with the work order, the cardholder must visit the building management office located in suite 1425 to take their photo before the access card can be issued. Please note that all cardholders must show valid photo identification.

  • Building access card are personal and should never be shared; all tenants must use the card provided to them to access the building and the building’s amenities.
  • Tailgating is NOT permitted. This is a building security breach and subject to card de-activation and other disciplinary actions.

Notify the management office immediately by work order to deactivate the building access card.
