In preparation for a tenant’s move to 600 Brickell, Elm Spring has included the following checklist of forms and other information required by Building Management. These forms, as well as other forms needed over the life of the lease, can be found in the Forms Section of this Handbook.
It is required that tenants complete the following forms and return them to Building Management at least two weeks prior to the scheduled move-in.
When using forms, please retain a copy and return the completed form to Building Management located in Suite 1425 of email to reception@600brickell.com
