The building is equipped with one freight elevator. The dimensions of the freight elevator are 96" deep x 66“wide x 144" high. The door is 48" wide x 108" high.
This elevator is available for use on a first come, first serve basis for deliveries of furniture, equipment, and large supplies AFTER 7:00 p.m. Monday through Friday, or anytime on Saturday and Sunday with a 24-hour business day advance notice. Reservations are done by placing a work order under “Freight” and upload the delivery company’s insurance certificate each time. Building Management does not maintain tenant vendor insurance certificates. There is a reservation charge of $38.50 per hour plus taxes. Moves by company employees are not permitted. Only “Approved” work orders will be permitted to use the freight elevator. Please schedule the elevator prior to confirming any moves to ensure that the date is available.
Delivery companies will be required to provide a Certificate of Insurance with coverage for General Liability, Worker's Compensation and Auto Liability. Please refer to "Insurance Requirements" document. Brickell Holdings LLC, Elm Spring Inc and TD Bank NA are to be named as additional insureds with Elm Spring listed as the Certificate holder. An Additional Insured Endorsement form must be provided.
Protection of the building carpets, walls and elevators are required by moving contractor.
