  Tenant Requirements

Prior to move-in, Elm Spring requires proof of insurance for the new office space as outlined in the lease. The following must be listed as additional insureds:

Please forward this information to the tenant’s insurance agent immediately and request that a certificate of insurance be issued in compliance with the lease agreement.

It is important to show the information on the insurance certificate exactly as indicated below:

City of Miami Business Use & Occupancy Permit

Most businesses are not required to have a license in the City of Miami; however, each tenant is required to have a Use and Occupancy permit. This permit may be obtained from the City of Miami Planning and Zoning Department.

A copy of the approved application must be submitted to the reception at reception@600brickell.com before occupancy.

CITY OF MIAMI BUSINESS TAX:

This license may be obtained from the City of Miami.
